Turkey Burgers (for the love of blogging)


I love visiting other blogs, seeing what other people create and commenting on posts. 
First thing in the morning, I sit at the table, open my blog and see updates. Usually there is a big number, because I have a lot of my blog friends coming from Europe (which is 8-10 hours behind Australian time).  That's my morning coffee ritual.
If times come when I will not be able to do so, I will probably stop blogging. 
On the other hand, when blogger friends stop commenting on your posts, you find asking yourself 'why' and 'should I continue commenting on their posts'? Maybe NOT?!

Ingredients: (for 4 burgers)
500 g turkey mince
1/2 small onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tbs parsley leaves, chopped
2 tbs olive oil
Chilli powder (optional)
- Turkish bread, bacon slices, salad, sliced onion and tomato for serving

Method:
Mix all ingredients well, cover and set aside for 1 hour +.
Heat a pan or grill (non stick) and cook each side of burgers for 2 minutes (or until cooked through). Serve with bread, bacon (optional) and chosen salad / vegetables.



Pureci Burgeri  (snicle / pljeskavice / polpete / djulbastije)

Volim posjecivati druge blogove, vidjeti sta drugi ljudi kreiraju i komentirati na postove.
Prva stvar ujutro,  sjedanje za kompjuter, otvaranje mog bloga i citanje novih postova. Obicno ih ima mnogo, jer mnogo blogova  koje slijedim dolazi iz Evrope (koja je 8-10 sati iza Australijskog vremena). To je moj ritual uz jutarnju kafu.
Ako dodje vrijeme da to necu moci raditi, vjerovatno cu prestati blogirati.
U drugu ruku, kada neko od mojih redovnih bloger prijatelja prestane komentirati na moje postove, pocnem se pitati 'zasto' i 'da li ja treba da nastavim sa komentarima na njihove postove'? Mozda NE?!

Potrebno:
500 gr pureceg / cureceg mljevenog mesa 
1/2 manjeg crvenog luka, sitno sjeckan
2 cena bijelog luka, protisnuta
so i biber (svjeze mljeven)
2 K lisca persuna, sjeckanog
2 K maslinovog ulja
Cili prah (opciono)
-Lepine / Turski kruh, reznjevi slanine, listovi salate, rezani crveni luk i paradajz za servirati 

Nacin:
Pomijesajte sve sastojke za burgere, ostavite pokriveno po strani oko 1 sat+.
Zagrijte tavu (ne prijanjajucu) i pecite svaku stranu burgera oko 2 minute. 
Servirajte sa lepinama, slaninom (opciono), i izabranom salatom / povrcem.
