Salmon Pinwheels



Great idea for lunch boxes...only 6 ingredients!

Ingredients:
2 cups SR flour
1/2 tsp salt
30 g butter, cold in small pieces
3/4 cup milk
1 can pink salmon, drained, bones and skin discarded
1 onion, chopped finely
50 g butter - extra, softened
Method:
Place flour, salt and cold pieces of butter into food procesoor. Pulse until butter incorporated, pour milk while processing. Switch off when it starts sticking together into dough. Dust working surface with flour; roll out the dough into a rectangle (like for swiss roll). Spread softened butter, then place mashed salmon and onion onto it. Leave one longer side without butter /salmon (2cm): brush it with water, then make a roll. Cut into 2-2,5 cm length, place into greased muffin moulds (that way scrolls will keep their shape better). Bake 15-20 min on 180*C.
Makes 12-15 pieces.



Losos zavijutci

Odlicno za 'mobilni' rucak...i samo 6 sastojaka!

Potrebno:
2 solje samodizajuceg brasna
(ili obicno brasno + 3-4 k praska za pecivo, dobro izmijesano i prosijano)
1/2 k soli
30 gr maslaca iz frizidera, sjeckanog
3/4 solje mlijeka
1 konzerva ruzicastog lososa(ocijedjenog, bez kostiju i koze, ispasiranog blago)

1 crveni luk, sjeckan sitno
50 gr maslaca, dodatno, omeksalog
Nacin:
Stavite brasno, so i maslac iz frizidera u elektricnu sjeckalicu. Mijesajte dok se maslac ne pomijesa sa brasnom. Ulijte mlijeko dok sjeckalica radi, i cim se pocne pretvarati u tijesto iskljucite. Pospite brasno po radnoj povrsini, razvaljajte tijesto na pravougaonik. Premazite sa maslacem, zatim lososom i lukom, ostavljajuci 2 cm pri kraju slobodno. Ovaj dio namazite vodom, zatim zarolajte tijesto (kao rolat). Rezite na 2-2,5 cm duzinu i stavite u namastene mafin kalupe (nije neophodno, ali tako ce bolje zadrzati oblik). Pecite 15-20 minuta na 180*C. Dobicete 12-15 komada.
